Dissapointed single mom

on the 20th April I received a notification that R1 454.55 was deducted from my account. Ref was FNB personal loan. I contacted fnb immediately as I do not have a loan with them. I was given a reference number r*** ********** and told that someone would get back in 2 to 5 working days. on the 29th April. I contacted them to find out what was happening. Kept getting cut off, so I logged a complaint with the complaints office ref ********** , and was told that someone would get back to me. A lady contacted me over the weekend to say that they are addressing the issue as they can see I don't have any loan accounts, and she would phone me during the week. I received a call on Monday 13th May saying they cant refund the money as it was for an Edgars loan. I contacted MBD who I have the edgars loan with and they confirmed that they did not deduct the money off my account as I eft money every month to them. I contacted the bank again and told them something does not make sense and I want my money back. Then they transferred me to the loans office, I spoke to someone and they were going to follow up. I was then politely cut off. I am tired of getting the run around. I do not want to take to ansering services. I want to speak to someone directly who can explain what the hell is going on and who authorized my money to be take from my account. This is ridiculous, I am a single mom and to have that much money just deducted and then get the run around is not acceptable. I used to praise FNB for so many years but I am now at a loss for words. They need to either get the person who deducted the money to contact me or they must refund. If this it not resolved by the weekend I am afraid that I will close my accounts and my kids account and go somewhere else. I am so disappointed in the service and to think they were one of the best.
