Dissapointed potential client

FNB is the worst bank that anyone can go to. An application that was supposedly to take 7 to 14 working days is still pending due to the banker(consultant) being off sick. And a lousy excuse of outstanding document (that were long sent) is used.Follow up calls are done weekly and still no improvement/progress is reflecting.
