Dissapointed in my bank FNB

I am quite sad and dissapointed that in my bank which I changed to and moved my salary to early this year. Theres a debit order which I stopped from an external company vantage debt Management, I was told that it would be stopped for 12 months ( 1 year ) , to my suprise I was debitted this morning another 2000, which has been blocked and cant be reversed. FNB said they not liable, what was the point or puspose of them " stopping the debit" if they cant stop it completely now i was being told that No they used a diffrent refrence. So where do I take my salary now - I want to cancel everything, I dont want to bank with them anymore nor even the funeral policy I dont want anything cause I might just wake up and my whole salary is gone then will be told they not liable
