Dissapointed

I've send FNB sequestration department about 4 emails since the 26th of November and up until today no response. Then I've send an email to their loans department and 3 days later I am still waiting. Phoned the loans department yesterday and was promised they will phone me back. I was sequestrated more then 5years ago and I'm rehabilitated and the rehabilitation order was send to them for my account to be removed from ITC but I guess I will have to wait until I don't know when. All my other accounts that form part of my sequestration was removed except for FNB Had the same query with a different institution and within 2 days my problem were sorted. FNB just does not see any urgency in a query unless you need to pay them.
