Dissapointed by fnb i cant lie

I am so hurt to a point that i want to change this bank because of poor customer service i am also an agent in the company i am working for , i never saw agents dropping you with calls and other can be able to assist you with something that other agent was no able to assist , my contact number is *** and i have been using fnb for long the only thing i needed from your agents is to change my address and the branches close to me are all closed and i am also an essetial worker and dont have time to go to the bank , i am so dissapointed and its not the first time
