Dissapointed

Im really dissapointed in the service received today. I had to stay on the line for almost an hour to be sent to 3 different departments and being told"wrong department" the last person i spome being so unproffesional and having a "i dont care " attitude.. he told me well i need to transfer u or go to the branch.. why do u have a call centre if i need to go to the branch.. someone called me on friday and said i can get a "credit switch" of which my credit internal and external can be consolidated. Im also still waiting for my credit card, no1 has called me either
