DISSAPOINTED AND HEARTBROKEN

I never thought I would us this platform to voice out my complain today fnb has failed yet again. I left fnb to another bank after they had failed me again after a dispute because of something they were at fault for and I decided to try them again and I used they account at it left me in distress and misery

Yesterday me and my kids were stranded in the middle of nowhere and i didn’t have my Capetic card as it had funds in it and there was a Fnb atm that I would use and I transfer/sent R15 000 to the fnb account an did an immediate payment which it never came through till today. I sent the money to the easy zero account as we needed funds urgently as I was with a 6yrs old and 3yrs old in the middle of no where and we waited an hour waiting for the money and never came through what a nightmare I had no having funds with kids on the street. I struggled to get through fnb to ask where is my money and no one seems to have an answer. I went to the capetic branch and they advised there is no problem on the side and the money was successful sent and to contact fnb since it’s a public holiday no branch and no customer service call centers are operating. I use the chat platform on my app and I was still not assisted no one know here my money this my whole salary a single mom who is already struggling l and they don’t even know they product or even know where my money regarding this easy zero account and I was told today that’s its an ewallet account and they damn serious to even open this account without even telling me its. I am disappointed at the fact at the person who even opened this account without even disclosing what this account is and if there is any limits. I need answers as I don’t have money no one is helping me and I am being told that this has to be investigated how is money from one account to my other account being investigated are you serious in December a whole long weekend and I have to wait and I told to wait for monday. Please urgently get someone to contact me, my livelihood has been compromised and advise me where my money is floating and where I is
