Dissapointed

Totally disappointed with the service.

Visited the Vaal Mall Branch, teller refused to take coins worth R350 in exchange for notes. We had a lot of coins at our store thus the reason for the exchange, is coins not cash as well that you refused to take it?

I am a loyal customer of FNB for ages, if you not happy to have me as a client then I am more then happy to switch
