Dissapointed

I have been with this bank for 15 years and 7months. I have been treated bad by them but i just could not leave them. Now i am moving to another bank for a better treatment. I have asked for my account to be closed from the 3rd Octobet 2019 but even today they are just ignoring me. I am so dissapointed and i feel like tired
