Dissapointed

Good day My husband and app**** for substitution of debtor with FNB, I have spoken to Refilwe Madisha and Murugan Preshalin. Because we are married in COP unfortunately my husband had a weak record. However my credit record is in very good shape, so i do understand the whole process of COP and all else, surely i am not asking for a 2 million bond , i only want to refinance the balance of the bond of R350000( including transfer fees etc )I have been loyal to FNB for over 14 years My bond started in 2007 , my car finance and my Cheque account is with you guys you know my salary my expenses etc and obviously you can confirm i have been committed to pay my bond every single month, The existing Joint Owner does not want to be on the bond anymore and this is practically forcing him to be on the bond just because FNB does not want to make an exception to the rule. I am very sure if you have loyal clients like me you can make an exception to the rule , Yes my husband had a weak record history with that said he also paid up all his accounts, but still with all that we made sure our bond and car was paid every single month and yet you decline us , standard bank and Sa Homeloans have approved our switching loans BUT yet my very own bank refuses to substitute the debtor. I am very disappointed for this reason I need to move all my accounts to another bank just because my own bank does not want to honor their client. Very sad. I have submitted a complaint on the 11 December ,I have also asked higher management to contact me asap!.
