I have been handed over to lawyers by fnb. The lawyers gave me a discount to pay off my credit card and I did. Now I am asking fnb to send me a settlement letter and take off the amount that shows as owing on my credit card. They just ignore my emails, they read and ignore. The complaints department is the worst of them all. They are not helpful. I really love this bank and they are pushing me out.
