I've been with fnb almost 2 years and they can not assist me in getting any kind of financial help or help me get my credit score up to the point were I can get a loan I think they should change from "how can we help you"I had a chat on my fnb app on the 15sept yor I can't believe that the consultant couldn't assist me instead he referred me to options on the app a simple query like what is my credit score
