DISRESPECTFUL UNPROFESSIONAL RUDE SECURE CHAT AGENTS

Secure chat agents are extremely rude. When chatting with them when we have a query they just end the chat withoit advising you or in the middle of the chat without assisting us. We wait patiently for them to respond (5-10mins) but if we dont respond within a minute they just end the chat, thats extremely disrespectful and rude..!!! You are not doing us a favour, we pay for these services not to be treated that way. They are also not very helpful since the most of the time the give you a number to call because they dont know, a number that we could Google. So are they really providing a service or wasting our time..???
