disrespectful consultants

Sadly FNB disappoints once again. I went on the app to buy shares. However, the option they had last week has disappeared. So I requested help to access the information I needed. I was kept waiting for over 20 minutes with a gratingly irritating woman loudly proclaiming irrelevant information and continuously saying all the consultants are busy. Is that reasonable??? I'm really upset! And I'm almost sure that no one will call me to put things right. Sadly, they are disrespectful and disregard their loyal customers. And our time is not important to them. Such a waste of my precious time!
