Disrespectful consultant who phoned me about upgrading my account

I got a call from a Sherwin Conradie or something like that , from the no +***2 Around 11:12 today the 10th October to tell me I’m conducting my account well so u want to upgrade me Premier or private wealth, I’ve been on premier before and I downgraded coz it was hard to earn eBucks! Ok so I say he can explain to me why would I want to leave my current setup, what are the benefits, fees etc - he then says he will start to explain with premier he says I will earn eBucks up to level5, then fees are bundled at R240 , bla bla, (I asked him am I not earning eBucks on my current cheque acc he said I’m not earning any, hmm I’ve to check that cause I don’t think this is correct) any way I then ask him so what about the other account what is it of value to me there, he then says “ if you are already asking about fees then I better not even tell u about private wealth or private whatever!! I’m he says this in a very demeaning and condescending tone so I ask him what do u mean?? He says cause you are busy asking abt fees on premier so imagine at wealth it’s even higher and you are currently on R105, so I got annoyed and asked so you phoned me in my private time to disrupt my peace to tell me u have offers for me and u named two, now that I left what I was doing to listen to u now you want me to limit the questions I must ask u?? So he expected that I’m just going to be excited for an upgrade without asking proper questions??? I’m not one to get excited over big names like I’m a private wealth customer or premier or whatever if it’s not going to add any value to my life, so I’m entitled to ask questions cause this is my money after all that I will be paying in fees for this upgrade, teach your staff some manners, you can’t call me and come and be rude at me at the same time, WTH!! This guy annoyed me
