Disrespectful behaviour given

I truly do not believe after being treated so unfairly FNB still has the audacity to make go through what I first find myself complaining about going through the same situation. Its going for a month now this company I had not been helped again instead all I'm getting are back and forth. And I will rest until they do what's right of them. I'll escalate the matter if need be
