Disrespectful and rude branch manager at FNB Garden Route Mall George.

I lodged a complaint yesterday regarding the terrible service I received from the branch manager Rene McCarthy at the Garden Route Mall branch. She called me today and I am appalled at the level of disrespect I received during her attempted apology. She began the conversation sarcastically snickering at the reason for the call and still did not take any responsibility for her branch's part in the situation. A consultant at this branch failed to request and upload my marriage certificate when he saw I have an existing profile my parents opened for me as a child, which resulted in a systematic block on my account when I opened a cheque account many years later and I had to find this out the day I was to receive my salary, 12 DAYS BEFORE CHRISTMAS. Rene McCarthy is so arrogant and *********** as to have the audacity to tell me when I am to receive my salary as if she is my employer. The more I explain to her how the government payroll system works at the western cape provincial government, the more she remains adamant that there is no fault with the banking system. I strongly suggests that she receives systems training as she admits during the call that she herself does not know how their banking system works. I need someone to explain to her that government employees are paid their salaries the 15th of the month, or any earlier business day should the 15th fall on a weekend/public holiday and that transaction is automated and precise. I expect a call from her superior immediately. Good day.
