DISRESPECTFUL AND DISGRACEFUL SERVICE NO ANSWER NO COMMUNICATION NO NOTHING DISRESPECTFUL AND DISGRACEFUL SERVICE
I've been trying to contact FNB for the last 3 weeks because of a problem on my name, to date nobody answers phones given, mails have been sent to various people and all have been ignored. I can't solve the issue as no one is responding to any way of communication.
So much for being there to help us, YEAH RIGHT, stay far away from them!!!
Belinda I WROTE THIS REVIEW LAST WEEK, PROMPTLY FNB SEND FLYING MESSAGES WITH REFERENCE NUMEBR ON MAIL AND MESSAGE, STATING HOW QUICKLY THEY WERE GOING TO CONTACT ME. WELL 5 DAYS LATER I'M STILL WAITING TO HEAR FROM THEM...... HOW WONDERFIL
WONDER IF I'M GOING TO GET ANOTHER LOT OF AUTOMATED MESSAGES AND NOTHING MORE OUT OF THEM

I haven't received any calls from you, unless you are calling me from a number that goes to Spam, then there is not much I can do. Can you possible phone me from another number, or send me a direct mail and I will see it we can communicate in a different way please. mail: ***
