Disrespectful!

I was granted a credit card by FNB last year, which has been diligently paid for every month in full and never late. I received a telephone call stating that they had made an error and are cancelling my credit facility but are unable to provide me a reason as to why! I then received an email telling me that this is their fault and that they will take payment over a period of time. I have not used the card since, however, I received an email this morning stating that my limit has been overexceeded and that this will affect my ITC status. I then received a telephone call, which I did not answer on time, I called the number back and asked the agent on ********** 105 to get somebody to call me back as I was free at the time. she told me that she could not get somebody to do this as I ought to know how a call centre works! Whilst still speaking to the woman, she ended the call mid sentence! My debit account has not been debited and there is still ample funds available. I can not understand this as I have just bought a home ( btw, FNB approved a loan for me on that as well ) They also recently called me to offer me a cheque account and car finance as I posessed a great credit record. I would like somebody with a little bit of intelligence to give me a call to explain to me what on earth is going on here!
