Disrespect from FNB staff member at kolonnade , Menlyn and Woodmead

We opened a cooperative account with you on the 27th of September 2022 , since then we went to FNB Menlyn , kolonade and Woodmead trying to fix the signing arrangement, more than 5 times we were turned away and told to come the following day , then we were told the system is offline. We eventually thought we were assisted until today we went to Woodmead branch and we were assisted by Mxolisi , we wanted to register for online banking , again we were told we need to re do the mandate that we did more than 4 times and we signed the resolution to allow 1 member to have access to the card and to have online banking . We tried withdrawing cash they blocked our card . What level of disrespect is this?
