Disrepect for the disabled

Unwilling to help disabled persons to get their bank card delivered.My easy account doesnt qualify for delivery they also wont upgrade my account to gold as my income is too low.So how do i get service out of this bank my motorised wheelchair and me cant be transported it is physically impossible to get to a branch.I would like a gold account so i qualify for delivery.
