Disregarded,Ignored & Mistreated by FNB

FNB is jeopardizing my immigration application by refusing to provide me with a letter that states that funds in my 32 Day Notice Account are liquid funds. I have personally approached FNB Adderly Street, and was told that FNB no longer provides such letters to clients. I even approached the branch manager(Treson/Treyson), who totally dismissed me and asked if i had a personal banker & what type of account i had & other irrelevant questions.I was then told to approach, FNB Investments who provided me with a standard letter that they explained was drafted by their legal department. This letter was rejected by the Visa Officials of the country I am applying to. The biggest problem is that no one is listening to what I need or require for my individual application. I am being dismissed and blocked by bureaucratic procedures that are costing me my dream. I have spend tonnes of money just to reach this stage,yet FNB treats me like an imbecile. Furthermore, i provided the format of the letter required but no one at FNB wants to help me. How can you treat your customers like this?. What kind of policy is this that you disregard,neglect & ignore your customers at their greatest time of need.
