DISREGARD OF CLIENT'S PERSONAL INFORMATION (2ND complaint)

At this point, I am struggling to understand what exactly you want me to do in order for you to REMOVE my old address from your system. Please tell me why my old address STILL appears when I 'm using your online system after I have updated my details in the branch and complained about this issue a few months ago?

How many times must I complain about the same thing, only to have you calling me and lying saying the problem is fixed?
