Disregard for PAIA Act and u

So FNB picks and chooses which part of the act to follow?

I enquired and then requested a recording of my call and was advised by the call centre team leader that you do not send out recording and that I have visit a branch? Is this consistent with the act? Is your call centre empowered to make these type of decisions?

You are also holding my money as payment for a loan that I have settled and the wonderful folks at the call centre cannot assist due to me having lost my card nor can they refer the issue to someone who can have a look at the account. for a company with a tag "How can we help you?" is was quite shocking to hear "we cannot assist" so many times on a call, nevermind my call being released while awaiting assistance.

Brilliant service
