Dispute to last a century

I had unauthorized transaction and I alerted FNB through phone they said they will send a dispute form they didn't. I went to the branch and filled it in and submit that was 2 month ago they told me to call *****, which I did, I have been calling them since they are sending me from pillar to post to get to the correct people. They finally send me to dispute, the lady told me to call me back on Friday which was two weeks ago until now am still waiting for the 10 days that lasted two month. I'm very disappointed
