Dispute that is now pending for 5 months

<p>I've disputed a transaction on my account, I've complete a form, was told it's the wrong form, completed another form which apparently is also incorrect, I've given the reference number which is now to short???</p> <p>I've spend well over R100 on phone calls and keep getting cut off with no result?? I've send emails and now the email address is "unattended"</p> <p>NOW WHAT </p>
