Dispute Still not resolved
i deposited money at the ATM at Bank City, my two first deposits went through but the last one the ATM got stuck but my money did not come back. i went to the airport since it was a Sunday and queried the issue as i had kept the receipts, they made me complete the claim form this was all on the 20 August 2017, to date i have not received not even a call from the bank or anything or even my money to be credited to my account. Attached is the claim form with trace number on it. Please resolve this asap.
