Dispute reversal 01.02.2023

I have been waiting since the beginning of May 2023 for a refund that was due to me. Something that came off on the 01 February 2023 came off my bank premier cheque account. I have been speaking to Lerato and she has assured me everything will go as plan. FNB has a 40 day turn around time for reversal over 30 days. I have place FNB on hello peter before and no manager or anyone called me. I have spoken to different people asking them to escalate this call so a manager will call me back. To this date nobody has called me at all.

I have been with FNB since 2017 and this is the final straw. I will change to other bank asap as FNB do not know how to treat there clients. I was just on the phone and a consultant put me through to (Lerato) and the call just ended after 18 mins waiting to see if they received any response.

I cannot do this as I need to take from my work time in order to get this done and still no reply nor no money placed back into my account.

I would like a manager call back asap.
