Dispute regarding dynamic life home cover policy

I bought my house in 2020, it was registered into my name in December 2020. Last year June I was in a car accident on my way to work and due to my injuries, I was declared permanently disabled (medically incapacitated). I have Dynamic life - home life cover. According to my policy it states " The Dynamic Life >> Home Benefit pays out a specific amount if you die, become permanently disabled or suffer from a critical illness." I app**** for the disability claim and send through all of my documents which was required. The first lady phoned, told me that I do not qualify for the disability cover, only death and critical illness. The second lady phoned me after I lodged a complaint to the complaints department and was told the same. I asked her if I could send her an email, she agreed. I send her my policy and I screen shot the areas where the policy clearly stated that I was covered for death, disability and critical illness. Today she phoned me again and again stated that I don't qualify for disability as my policy does only cover death. How is that the first lady said Death and critical illness, the second lady said only death whilst my policy clearly stipulates that I am covered for death, disability as well as critical illness. Are there no competent people to revise these types of claims anymore? I also send a letter to the ombudsman, but they said I must give FNB 6 weeks to resolve the complaint. Seeing that I don't seem to get anywhere with FNB what can I do?
