Dispute raised but FNB has not responded
I have a dispute with FNB (of which the details I will not list here in a public domain). I first deal with credit card division and then their legal division but did not get satisfactory answers nor resolution. I wanted to approach the banking ombudsman and learned that I need to raise a dispute with FNB first and allow 20 business days for it to be resolve. If no resolution is found then I can come back to the ombudsman.

Well it has been 20 days since I lodged a dispute with *** raised on 11 Feb 2015. Since then I only received an email on 12 Feb 2015 to acknowledge my dispute. This mail was sent by Celeste Kruger. However, nothing has transpired since. I've not been contacted by FNB nor any feedback given. I even sent another follow up mail as a reminder on 25 Feb 2015.

Needless to say I'm taking this up with the ombudsman now. My husband whom is a Private Client with FNB has now said he might actually consider moving all his banking away from them due to their apathetic and nonchalant behaviour on a matter that affects their clients. Poor or rather, non existent service.
