Dispute over wrong account

I accidentally sent R7500 to FNB wrong account number on the 18/04/2023. I called FNB today and the lady told me that there’s both she can do I might as well forget about it. I was so hurt and asked to speak with her Superior all she did was to lecture me going on and on I ended up cutting our conversation I told her that because it looks like I’m not gonna get any help I might as well end the call.

I had all relevant proof and also called my Bank. But yooo FNB agents 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
