DISPUTE OVER LOST FUNDS
I bought Roberts Birds app through the Google Store on my Android phone. It worked just fine for a while and then stopped working. I took the issue up with Google who said they have no record of the payment. Yet I have proof of payment off my FNB Credit Card. I then went to FNB Credit Card division who said they would send me a dispute form which I should mail back to them. They did email me but with a NO-RETURN email address. Hello ? Plus the attached form was in .DAT format which I cannot open. All I want is a refund but I cannot get hold of anyone at FNB who can assist me. Very disappointing service.

14 Aug 2020, 09:43This is the answer I got back from FNB :( I am not impressed and will not recommend FNB or their lack of service. A very convenient cop out from them. This not so much about the money but the principal of the matter. Apology NOT accepted.
