Dispute on Garnishee Order/ MYBURGH'S

In August 2014 I was sensitised through my HR Shared Services that certain legal firm have requested confirmation of employment, and I urgently inquired with Law Firm concerned and found out that they have intention of registering Garnishee order against my name. I had written correspondence with them disputing the validity of the order to no avail. This is when I decided to involve FNB Law on Call as I was the paying client, in November 2014 to take the matter up on my behalf with Law Firm involved since they went ahead with Garnishee order despite my explanation that the monies they claim I owe was paid to the creditor through process of administration order. Since September 2014 I have been paying this Garnishee order and FNB Law on Call have failed me in objecting to this order. The challenge is that none of the authorities would have records of payment since that this more than 10 years ago and all of them confirm that they keep documents for duration of 10 years and thereafter no records whatsoever. My life constant since this Garnishee order as I am unable to get any credit from credit providers and my trusted FNB Law on Call have failed thus far to assist me.
