DISPUTE OF THE ARREARS ON MY ACCOUNT R430

I am very much unhappy with your current services.

I received an R2000 on the 4th of November. Then on the 5th of November, I made an online purchase on take lot for R289. Before that, my account was already in arrears with an amount of R R240, you guys charged me R250 + R 240 making it R490. please explain to me why I was charged twice.

Secondly, the same I bought groceries for R1417,40. My account was not supposed to be in arrears, I settled whatever you charged me but you still had guys to charge me R289 + 135. If this is the way you want to do business with me, I will have no choice but to close my account. I am disputing the arrears currently showing R430. Can you investigate and give me satisfying feedback? This kind of *****ing will not make you guys rich.
