Dispute not processed.
On the 02/04/2019 I contacted FNB 0800 number twice to dispute a debit order of R359 from Discovery which was debited on the 01/03/2019 & the other debit went off my account on the 01/04/2019, however the gentleman I shoe to only reversed one debit order and when I followed up, I was informed that the first debit order was already late to ve reversed but I disputed this on time. My employer pays for my Discovery Med. Ai and I have nothing else with them.
