Dispute not handled correctly

On the 25/12 I was accompanied by my cousin to the ATM to withdraw money while transacting the ATM after putting my pin said incorrect pin and swallows my card tried to cancel the screen changed while standing there I have asked my cousin not to move while I'm getting my phone so that I can block my card when I got to my phone money was already withdrawn and I blocked my card while the card was blocked they tried to draw again sms comes in and I phoned FNB they permanently blocked my card ..but now I'm to blame for their ATM which Are not secured maybe they are working with this ppl who knows how did they know how to mess with the ATM without inside job
