Dispute Form

I went to FNB on 9 October to enquire about the money that was reserved for purchase at mr price group on 15 September 2015 the consultant was not friendly to me i had to call customer care they advised me to tell the consultant to let me sign the dispute form and she must fax it to head office,and when i make follow up with customer care it seems as if they never received that form and i have to spend money again to go back to the bank while i have done what was expected of me the money in question is R 700. 00
