Dispute Debit order

I'm really disappointed with the treatment I'm receiving from FNB I've been trying to dispute the debit order using my App I could not cause of the amount. Today I went to the bank they consultant told me they don't do dispute anymore on their branch he gave me the number to call. R110 airtime it's finished holding to speak with the consultant only music is playing. 1 o'clock I bought another R55 airtime I spoke with Tsepo he told me to hold he's checking the available agent who will help waited for 30 minutes music playing until my airtime ran out. FNB who's going to help me now cause you my bank you not helping me?
