Dispute Debit Order

On 1 November 2015 my account was debited by R109 by Naedo Loansl44 without authorization. It was reported to FNB and a Dispute Document completed for investigation and action. I've requested feedback without success. On 1 December 2015 the same amount was withdrawn from my account by Naedo Loansl44, without authorization. Once again I've reported it to FNB via email on 1 December 2015. I'm considering moving to another bank.
