Dispute - Charges on account

Good day

I would like to have the following dispute investigated, i'm disputing my interim statement with the #MONTHLY CREDIT FEE that is charged to my account. i moved over to the fusion account in order to decrease changes and one of the charges was the Overdraft fee, the consultant that handled my conversion clearly stated that i will only pay the interest on the overdraft and the monthly credit fee will be wavered, this was also confirmed by the consultant at the Krugersdorp Branch (President Hyper). I am unable to contact the call centre that i was told to contact more than 20 minutes holding each time and i do not reach a consultant ***). Please advise as to why this fee is appearing on my statement and transaction list. Thank you Kevin
