Dispute between DMC and FnB
Morning Last year in September I settled my debt with fnb of which i was paying through DMC,than when I asked for a settlement letter,the fnb agents keeps on telling me that i must produce proof of payment,ok i contacted DMC their agent said its with fnb,i settled my second loan via DMC for Fnb in January, still I'm not being given the the settlement letter instead they are sending me from pillar to post, Between DMC and fnb who should give the the payment proof exactly

23 Mar 2023, 10:52Good morning, thanks for your swift response, I was in-contact with DMC,they cant give me a letter statting that they gave me discounts and the blunder is from their side, how do i email the proof that its them who calculated and gave me wrong figures? Who is at fault in this situation because you entrusted them with your accounts but at the end they give wrong figures, according to them is that the delay was caused by the fact that is R530 that is due by me
