Dispute

I have made a dispute on my account on the 4th of march 2022 the amount was R2000.00 and I have not been assisted ever since , today it is 19 May 2022 so it's been close to three Months. every time I phone to make a follow up I'm being transferred from one Consultant to Another without being helped , such a poor Service ! I have a white friend who had the same problem and it didn't take her a month for her to get her money back, that makes me question if the reason is because i'm black? I hope they get to see this review and give me my money.
