Dispappointed for the 5th time because of FNB

I think the worst thing I ever did was trusting FNB now and then.Despite all the bad things this bank does to me,I am forever trusting it.

First I remember buying a house through their help and in the middle of paying for it,I found that the details on my personal data and the picture was of an old white guy.And when i made a concern what will happen should I die it means my family will be in trouble as they will be told the house doesnt belong to me? That was resolved all thanks to HELLOPETER.

Secondly one day I woke up to a day filled with sorry on the 02nd of April 2022 when all the debit orders were declined "due to insufficient funds" that moment I got salary on the 31 March and reflected well on the 01st April. So literally FNB playing April foul with me with the hard earned money I had to repay their reversed fees...SO MUCH SORROW...

I had to change the bank for that because wow.

Now again I closed a business account 3 months ago.So now I get a call from the ATTORNEYS that the FNB claims I owe them above R200.00 and when I closed the account I paid everything. And the worst thing is a shock because it doesnt appear on my app to show that indeed i dont have that account.

Now I am being told by the attorney that FNB is in business and they dont explain everything to their customers because they want to chow from them since well thats business. They tell me that lot of people are always complain about FNB.

But my question is what a rude way of chowing money from someone in secret?

I really have all reasons to leave this bank in peace. But why should I pay money for the non existent account? Can someone explain to me?

I am so in disbelieve because one problem comes after the other. Whoever changed my pin number? I dont know when and how.FNB never stops to surprise me. I try swipping my card that i hardly use as it charges a lot,and then boom,i have a completely new pin.I was trying to resolve one problem of having a claim from FNB of amount of above R200 that I closed account 3 months ago. That problem is not even solved as yet,I only got the message "Dear highly valued customer" and then there goes a problem with a changed pin out of nowhere
