The service rendered at FNB is nonsense now. They used to be goos but they lost touch now and the competitors are overtaking the. Just a simple dispute, they will make you sign dispute forms. They drag the matter through emails. Take you back and forth from pillar to post. They even do double debit on the FNB life deliberately, knowing that when you call for dispute, they charge you R40. What a ****....
