Dismal FNB service

I have been with FNB for 15years,they have Pre approved me for an amount which is 9 times more than what I am requesting from them as a loan.The loan gets declined and there is no reason for the decline is provided.The supervisor and manager @FNB branch @Jabulani Mall have not been successful in helping me. This is really shocking ,FNB has deteriorating serve year by year . Its management needs to refine customer treatment and customer journey.This is really Shocking....
