Dismal FNB service

I app**** for a card in March, was charged R120 and we are on the 14 of May I still don't have a bank card. I'm forced to rely on cardless withdrawal. My services fees are over R300 and an R400 monthly account fee. This is very painful and terrible service from a bank that doesn't care. To think I've been with FNB for over 15 years.
