Dismal failure to protect my money

My name is Isaac Maselela, mobile number ***. On 11th November 2021 at 09h18 I had an telephone interaction with Lerato Mokgoko(ref Rm***) who works at FNB ***** department, notifying her of a company called GOGO Getaway that **********ly lured me to register in their database for resort visits and for me to terminate that registration though I am not interested and have not used any of their services I must pay them R3000 instantly. As they had my banking details, I notified FNB via Lerato Mokgoko as a precautionary measure to protect my account from this ******** or **********. In our conversation, Lerato Mokgoko stopped my card and ordered me a new banking card and said if GOGO Getaway happens to debit in my account I should alert the FNB ***** department. She adamantly said there is no-way this company is going to access my account as she has put all safety precautions against any unauthorized debit orders, as I do not have any debit orders except African bank so I trusted her words. On the 15th November 2021, GOGO Getaway debited R1792 out of my account and I telephonically again alerted the FNB ***** department who said they can see the transaction but the Dispute department can only assist me to reverse after 24 hours, so I phoned the next day at the Dispute department and spoke to Refilwe who said GOGO Getaway blocked FNB to reverse my money. She referred me to Sizakele to assist but failed and referred me to Daniel of ***** department who failed to even listen rather referred me to Odette who referred me to Zibuyiseni who dropped the call and I phoned again and spoke to Thuli who sent me to customer service. All this transfers left me so helpless and frustrated taking into consideration that I warned the FNB ***** department prior and still the ******** accessed my account and fled with my money. I feel FNB has let me down to even protect the obvious conduct that was anticipated. I highly blame FNB for me to loose my money while its in their care.
