Dismal Customer Service - Business Banking.

The worst customer service ever. My parents are not ordinary clients but BUSINESS clients with a business relationship manager. Well bar issuing smoke signals, I am unsure how to get a response from FNB or even moderate customer service. We have sought a settlement balance for a commercial property a week ago and are still waiting....
