Disinterested, ***********, unhelpful, pathetic FNB staff

This is an URGENT and LAST notice to FNB to kindly send me a repudiation letter as I have tried for 6 months to no avail. Someone called me last week and promised it will be resolved. No one called me back although he promised. This is going on for 6 months now. They promise to resolve the issues, but NO ONE is interested to assist or to resolve the issue. If there is ANYONE at all at FNB who really cares and who have the capacity to assist , please contact me. Otherwise send me a repudiation letter and you have told me this but have NEVER sent it to me in writing.
