Disinterest in clients

This is truly the bank with the worst customer service and turnaround time I have ever experienced.

I have been trying to cancel a policy for weeks now and there is either no response or I talk to someone who can’t help me.

My husband also banks with them, and has tried to change his account type twice now, and when you lay a complaint, they don’t even care and show a complete disinterest in us as clients.

We will definitely be leaving FNB shortly.
